PROGRAMME GRANTS 2026
With Prague City Council Resolution No. 1731 of 11 August 2025, the City of Prague declared the "2026 TOURISM SUPPORT PROGRAMME". Subsidies are intended to support conventions, conferences and other events held within the City of Prague in the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Term for submitting applications: 15 September 2025 – 8 October 2025
Subsidies are divided into two categories:
- Measure I – for supporting multi-day association conventions and conferences for the professional public (in 2 sub-categories – I.A and I.B)
- Measure II – for supporting multi-day events of national or international significance with a positive impact on inbound tourism (in 2 sub-categories – II.A and II.B)

Application forms (separate for Measure I and Measure II) will only be available during the application period from 15 September 2025 to 8 October 2025 on the City of Prague Financial Support Portal at the link from the Applicant Profile.
To access the Applicant Profile, it is necessary to log in or register on the City of Prague Financial Support Portal. Information is stored in the Applicant Profile and pre-filled into the applicant's additional application forms (as well as later into the forms for financial settlement of the grant). The portal features a video guide on how to register and log in as an applicant and set up and manage the applicant profile.

For Measure I, you must complete the Prague Convention Bureau statement form, which is one of the mandatory annexes to the application.
Applications can only be submitted electronically, which has two steps – filing out and submitting the application via the City of Prague Financial Support Portal and then sending the application by data mailbox.
