12.5.2019 — The 74th Prague Spring International Classical Music Festival is about to start in the Czech capital.

27.1.2021 — Thanks to cooperation between Prague and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, the first technological aids from Taiwan will arrive at Prague schools this week. Robots will help in lessons for lower grades at the grammar school in Čakovice, while spectrum analysers will be utilised at the Secondary Industrial School of Electrical Engineering in Ječná. This is the pilot phase of joint projects that Prague is preparing in cooperation with Taiwan. Cooperation projects in the field of education are being prepared, with their implementation planned for this year. These include digitisation in the field of children's education, IT innovation and climate change awareness.

29.3.2019 — Richard Wagner's opera 'Die Walküre' (The Valkyrie) is coming to Czech cinemas as part of 'The Met: Live in HD' series. In Prague, the opera will be screened on the 30th of March in the Aero and Světozor cinemas.

21.6.2023 — Praha se ve spolupráci s Dopravním podnikem hl. m. Prahy (DPP) symbolicky připojuje k projektu #RIDEFORUKRAINE upozorňujícím na ukrajinskou vládní fundraisingovou platformu UNITED24. Proto byla ve středu v Opletalově ulici na trasu slavnostně vypravena souprava tramvají T3R.PV ev. č. 8161 a 8162 s unikátním designem v ukrajinských národních barvách a QR kódem, který vede právě na web platformy UNITED24. Na něm je možné finančně podpořit Ukrajinu v šesti různých oblastech: od urgentní humanitární pomoci, přes nákup zdravotnických pomůcek, odminovávání, vzdělávání a vědu, rekonstrukci země až po prostředky pro obranu. Tuto soupravu tramvají bude DPP prioritně nasazovat na páteřní linku 22 po dobu následujících zhruba šesti měsíců, a to s možností prodloužení.
