24.9.2007 — Hlavním cílem projektu „Zlepšení dopravní obslužnosti rozvojového území Vysočany“ bylo zvýšit kvalitu dopravní obslužnosti a dostupnosti měnícího se a regenerovaného území Městské části Praha 9 - Vysočany, a to prostřednictvím modernizace komunikace v ulici Sokolovská v úseku Balabenka - Na Břehu.

6.10.2008 — Dnes dopoledne představil primátor hl.m. Prahy Pavel Bém společně s ředitelem Městské knihovny v Praze Tomášem Řehákem veřejnosti nejnovější vůz pojízdné knihovny, který pořídila v rámci projektu JPD2 „Bibliobus do sídlišť“. Na financování se podílela Evropská unie, Magistrát hlavního města Prahy a Česká republika ze státního rozpočtu.

28.12.2019 — The Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague is hosting an exhibition of works by the iconic Finnish designer Tapio Wirkkala until the 23rd of January. The exhibition is held in the museum's historical building in the city centre. The exhibition's curators are Uta Laurén and Jan Mergl.

For example, the City of Prague Museum is offering online exhibitions and tutorials for children.

14.4.2019 — The American Center in Prague will host the Jazz World Photo exhibition until the 30th of April 2019.

7.4.2019 — Until the 3rd of May 2019, in the Baroque Chapel of the Italian Cultural Institute in Prague, you will have the opportunity to visit a photographic exhibition of the most renowned Italian photographers documenting the Italian landscape and its development from the 1950s to date.

31.1.2020 — Prague Botanical Garden in Troja has prepared a special experience for its visitors with late guided tours through the Fata Morgana greenhouse in the dark. This is a unique opportunity to see what the jungle looks like at night.

18.8.2020 — The vulnerable Texas tortoise is a species of tortoise in the Testudinidae family, and one of six species of tortoises in the Gopherus genus, commonly referred to as gopher tortoises. They are native to North America, in southern US and northern Mexico. Prague Zoo, which is the only zoo in Europe that successfully breeds this species, celebrated the birth of a new hatchling in the second half of July. Texas tortoises inhabit deep burrows, which they dig with their strong claws and flattened front legs. However, they prefer to use pre-dug mammal burrows. Prague Zoo has kept a group of these interesting tortoises in the Sonora exhibit in the Pavilion of Beasts and Reptiles since 2007. The first hatchlings were born in 2010.
