Are you interested in discovering Prague through the stories of the women who helped shape its history?

We are delighted to invite you to Prague Women’s History Walk – a guided walking tour through Malá Strana and Hradčany, designed to introduce you to key figures of the Czech women’s emancipation movement and the places connected to their lives and legacy.

Led by experienced guide Averil Huck from Prague Feminist Tours, this walk will take you through some of Prague’s most important historical sites linked to Milada Horáková, Františka Plamínková, Alice Masaryková, and other influential figures.

During the walk, you will:

• Learn about the role of women in Czech democracy, civil society and the fight for equal rights.
• Visit memorial sites, plaques, and statues connected to key moments in modern Czech history.
• Discover how individual stories are reflected in the streets and landmarks of Prague.
• Gain a deeper understanding of Czech history through a female perspective.
