Choice of a member state, in which the City of Prague will comply with its obligation to disclose regulated information

The City of Prague, as an issuer of notes ISIN - XS0943724962 admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, elects ,in accordance with Section 123(1) of the Czech Act No. 256/2004 Coll., on conducting business on the capital market, as amended, and Article 2 paragraph 1(i) item (ii) of the Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and the Council, the Czech Republic as the home member state for compliance with its obligation to disclose regulated information concerning the above mentioned notes.
