9.10.2020 — A new website was launched on the 5th of October which gives information on the next available testing dates for COVID-19 in Prague and is also connected to the booking systems for individual testing clinics. The website is designed for everyone who wants to get tested, both for those with a medical certificate and for people who want to check the average waiting times at selected testing sites.

30.6.2019 — From the 5th to the 7th of July, a unique stand up paddleboard race (SUP) will take place in the historical centre of Prague, on the Vltava River near Střelecký Island ('Střelecký ostrov'). The first official SUP race in Prague is part of the tenth anniversary of the biggest European series, The Euro Tour. In addition to racing, the weekend will be full of sport opportunities for all paddle board enthusiasts. Paddle board fans of any level of experience will be able to borrow and try out paddle boards.

30.8.2017 — This year’s grape harvest will take place In the Royal Garden of the Prague Castle, on the weekend of September 16th and 17th, 2017. This traditional event is this year associated with the famous Slovenian architect Josip Plečnik whom in the 1920s and 30s modified the Prague Castle. This year we mark the 145th anniversary of his birth and 60th anniversary of his death.

24.2.2019 — The Map of Accessibility has been making life easier not only for people with reduced mobility but also for seniors and parents with prams since 2016. Currently, detailed and regularly updated information on barrier-free accessibility for more than 1 100 buildings and public spaces in the City of Prague can be found on the map.

11.3.2014 — Prague Spirit Festival je věnován všem, kdo mají rádi lidi a rádi je potkávají. A bude jim to opět umožněno prostřednictvím jógy, tance a hudby. Stačí mít otevřené srdce i oči a člověk prožije chvíle, které ho nabijí energií po celý zbytek roku! ...

5.9.2023 — Hlavní město společně s Prague City Tourism otevřelo zrekonstruovanou spodní část Staroměstské radnice a nový turistický provoz. Jeho součástí je turistické informační centrum, průvodcovské služby Guides&Tours a první kamenný obchod s kultivovanými suvenýry, na kterých Prague City Tourism spolupracuje výhradně s lokálními tvůrci. Nový provoz je symbolem celkové kultivace cestovního ruchu v metropoli a je v souladu s koncepcí cestovního ruchu.
