8.9.2019 — The twelfth year of one of the biggest festivals of classical music in the Czech Republic will welcome the famous conductors Zubin Mehta and Neeme Järvi. Top soloists, internationally recognised orchestras and chamber ensembles will also meet on stage. Dvořákova Praha International Music Festival takes place from the 8th to the 23rd of September.

30.4.2019 — Originating from a pagan feast, 'pálení čarodějnic' or 'čarodějnice' for short, a Czech version of Saint Walpurgis Night, has become a folk custom and tradition.

17.8.2020 — On the night of the 21st of August, Nora En Pure, a talented DJ, will show her mixing skills at the Roxy Music Club. The artist regularly returns to the Czech capital and Prague audiences love her. Nora En Pure was born as Daniela Di Lillo in Johannesburg in 1990, to South African-Swiss parents. 16.9.2020 — LUSTR 2020, the 7th annual international illustration showcase, will take place between the 17th and the 22nd of September. This year, LUSTR Prague will also include comics for the first time. More than 40 participants from all over the world will exhibit in Campus Hybernská, and the programme will also include lectures, workshops, a festival shop, refreshments, music and a programme for children.

21.6.2019 — On the 22nd of June, the third annual 'Le Pavillon Français', will take place at the New Town Hall in Prague 2. Come to taste wines and delicacies, meet winemakers and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the wine festival organised by wine merchant Chez Greg.

10.5.2020 — The jubilee 15th American Spring International Music Festival ('Americké jaro') will take place with an online programme. If you can't come to the festival, the festival will come to you! Enjoy a variety of concerts in your pyjamas and with a glass of wine in the comfort of your home on the 11th, 14th and 19th of May. The festival will start online and continue live in the autumn.

16.2.2020 — The City of Prague Museum has prepared a traditional carnival at Ctěnice Chateau on the 16th of February. As usual, besides feasting, you can enjoy a varied programme that will attract and delight all age groups.
