4.5.2010 — Městská rada dnes schválila přidělení finančních prostředků v celkové výši 5 670 000 Kč na partnerství hl. m. Prahy při pořádání sportovních akcí v letošním roce. Podporu města formou finančního daru na technické zajištění a ceny dostane 13 akcí.

30.7.2020 — The residents of Prague will have the opportunity to sail down the Vltava River in a replica of a traditional boat called a 'šíf'. It is a large wooden boat, similar to a barge, which has been used to transport cargo including stones, sand, salt, grain and beer for centuries. This particular 'šíf' was built two years ago with support from Vltavan Čechy, a union which connects Vltava River associations from Prague, Davle, Štěchovice and Purkarec.

31.10.2008 — Po předchozím odsouhlasení městskou radou dnes pražské zastupitelstvo projednalo návrh na navýšení grantů hl. m. Prahy v oblasti kultury a umění v roce 2008. Třem subjektům byly přiděleny dodatečně dotace v celkové výši 1 110 tis. Kč, další dva subjekty získají navíc 186 tis. Kč.

9.7.2020 — This summer, you can admire the painter Eva Erbsová's works in the lobby of the Škoda Palace. 23.9.2019 — Prague councillors have agreed to support the financing of the project preparation and partial creation of new routes for cyclists and pedestrians in northeast Prague. Districts 14, 18, 19, and 20, as well as Čakovice, Satalice and Vinoř, will plan to connect existing cycle paths by slightly adjusting field roads and third-class roads to create a unified and efficient network.

20.4.2020 — Na základě rozhodnutí Ministerstva zdravotnictví ČR mohou být od pondělí 20. dubna 2020 na pracovištích Magistrátu hl. m. Prahy opět zavedeny úřední hodiny pro veřejnost. Provoz úřadu bude zajištěn za zvýšených hygienických požadavků, i nadále však je doporučeno využívat, je-li to možné, elektronickou komunikaci.

23.2.2024 — V loňském roce byl na všech sběrných dvorech hlavního města Prahy zaveden zpětný odběr pneumatik. Pro občany to znamená, že za jejich odložení již nemusí platit.

18.7.2011 — Dalším velkým úspěchem sborového studia Zvoneček - Praha skončilo mistrovství světa ve sborovém zpěvu, které se tento týden konalo ve Štýrském Hradci v Rakousku. Jeho sbory Abbellimento a Zvonky, oba pod vedením profesorky Jarmily Novenkové, na něm získaly dvě prestižní ceny Grand Prix, tři zlaté medaile a vítězství v kategorii mladých ženských sborů.

12.10.2010 — Městská rada dnes schválila přidělení 5,8 milionů korun v rámci partnerství hl. m. Prahy při pořádání sportovních akcí v roce 2010. Radní také rozhodli o uvolnění 7 milionů korun na (nejen) investiční akce v oblasti sportu a tělovýchovy v Praze.

9.10.2020 — Fotograf Festival, which takes place in Prague until the 18th of October, is a festival of photography, which explores the relationship between contemporary art and photography. A series of exhibitions and film screenings in several locations in Prague will be organised, as well as lectures, debates with artists and performances. The motto of this year's festival is 'Uneven Ground'. Come to explore the unknown, the unexpected, the other. In eight connected exhibitions, organisers offer various perspectives, creating and examining connections between artists from different generations and places, as well as between photographers and their models or objects. In doing so, they connect not only one person with another, but also the known with the unknown.
