31.1.2020 — Entrance to the National Gallery will be free at the beginning of February on the occasion of the 224th anniversary of the foundation of the Society of Patriotic Friends of Art ('Společnost vlasteneckých přátel umění'). Take this unique opportunity to visit their collections and exhibitions on the 1st and 2nd of February.

28.6.2020 — 'Manet in Black-and-White' is an exhibition of graphic works by the French painter Édouard Manet held in the National Gallery Prague. The exhibition will be open in the Graphic Cabinet on the 4th floor of the Trade Fair Palace until the 9th of August. The National Gallery Prague has been located in the Trade Fair Palace in Prague's Holešovice district since 1976. Apart from the temporary exhibition of Manet's lesser-known works, you can also visit the permanent exhibition of 20thand 21st century art located there.

6.8.2003 — Primátor hl. m. Prahy MUDr. Pavel Bém přijal dnes dopoledne na Staroměstské radnici delegaci manažerů družstev 12. ročníku mezinárodního mládežnického turnaje v ledním hokeji Czech Hockey Challenge Cup 2003. Po uvítání své hosty krátce seznámil s historickým významem Brožíkova sálu, kde se setkání uskutečnilo, a zdůraznil, že je potěšen přítomností zástupců tak populárního sportu.
