22.8.2003 — Praha zažila horečku velkolepé filmové premiéry přímo v hollywoodském stylu, s živými hvězdami, rudým kobercem a rozvášněnými davy. Slavný Sean Connery (73), usměvavý a sexy (jen trochu nahluchlý), uvedl svůj nový film Liga výjimečných.

8.1.2020 — Scandi, the festival of the best current Nordic cinema, offers dramas, thrillers, and provocative documentaries. The festival will take place in Prague cinemas Lucerna, Edison Filmhub, Evald and Atlas from the 9th to the 12th of January.

15.6.2022 — Do 20. června se v pražském kině Lucerna koná 9. ročník filmové přehlídky australského a novozélandského filmu Aussie & Kiwi Film Fest.

7.8.2013 — Fresh Film Fest, mezinárodní filmový festival zaměřený na debutovou a studentskou tvorbu, oslaví letos desáté výročí. Více než 150 projekcí a řada doprovodných programů proběhne od 28. srpna do 1. září v pražských kinech i pod širým nebem v Riegrových sadech.

18.9.2020 — The National Gallery Prague hosts temporary graphic exhibitions in the Fair Trade Palace. One of them is an exhibition of a collection of drawings and prints by Karel Myslbek entitled 'The Silent Drama of Human Poverty', which takes place until the 8th of November. The National Gallery has rich and wide-ranging collection of graphics and drawings from various periods and styles. However, artworks on paper cannot be exhibited for a long time, so drawings and graphics are regularly presented in short-term exhibitions. The current exhibit in the Graphic Cabinet introduces the world of the gloomy but interesting Czech painter, Karel Myslbek.

20.11.2019 — From the 21st to the 24th of November, Bio Oko cinema in Letná in Prague will be a meeting place for lovers of Polish cinema. The 'Bardzo fajný' festival will not only offer new Polish movies, but also literary discussions, and food tasting of Polish delicacies.
