19.8.2024 — Tradiční předehrou k sezónám Pražských symfoniků je volně přístupný open air koncert ve Valdštejnské zahradě. Ten letošní se koná ve středu 28. srpna od 17 hodin. Před vstupem do jubilejní 90. sezóny je program opravdu slavnostní; při příležitosti Roku české hudby zazní díla Bedřicha Smetany, Antonína Dvořáka a Leoše Janáčka, posluchači se však mohou těšit i na árie z oper zahraničních skladatelů a také hudbu z filmů Angelika, Forrest Gump, Anděl Páně 2 a Arabela. 8.8.2022 — To nejlepší z tuzemského i zahraničního nového cirkusu, divadla, hudby a vizuálního umění nabídne festival Letní Letná - jediná přehlídka svého druhu a rozsahu v Česku a okolních zemích. Její 19. ročník odstartuje ve čtvrtek 11. srpna show plná ohňů a artistických kousků. Vstup zdarma. Přijďte otevřít další ročník Letní Letné, který do 31. srpna v Letenských sadech přináší program nabitý k prasknutí.

14.6.2020 — 'Hudební vycházky' (Music Walks) are outdoor classical music concerts which take place in Prague Zoo in front of Gočár's Houses. After fourteen successful years, the event has become a traditional part of summer at the zoo. Not only animal lovers, but also classical music fans, will be at the zoo every Sunday until the beginning of October. The open-air concerts will take place once again in front of Gočár's Houses at the top of the zoo for two hours on Sundays. More and more music lovers seek out the event for its informal setting and quality music.

17.9.2007 — Pražský primátor Pavel Bém se dnes zúčastnil slavnostního vyhlášení vítěze mezinárodní soutěže mladých umělců „prag.art award 07“ v rámci festivalu Sculpture Grande Prague. Vítězem soutěže se stal Jan Kadlec, který převzal od primátora symbolický šek ve výši 5 000 EUR. Pavel Bém, pod jehož záštitou se festival koná, byl rovněž členem mezinárodní poroty, která díla umělců hodnotila.

23.8.2020 — The Sculpture Line is a festival that transforms squares, streets, parks and other public spaces into open-air galleries. The festival is taking place in Prague and other Czech cities and towns for the sixth time. Sculpture Line is the largest event in the Czech Republic that supports the connection between sculpture and public space and, in doing so, expands the cultural and artistic potential of public spaces, bringing emotion into public spaces and exploring new possibilities. The main idea of the long-term art project is to introduce contemporary art to both residents and tourists, and to enhance the social function of public spaces.
